Went down to the workplace,
Thinking about demitasse,
Down by the Peppermill Cafe, oh,
Figured I might get a volunteer position,
But he said, "Let's check out your clerical skills"
So I drew him a picture of a mama in a babushka
I threw it out,
But he found value there-
He said, "Honey, you know how they put it, yeah.,
It's in the paper bag!"
So we lay down on the floor,
And we talked about "regalos"@
And "the hots" and "Marina Del Rey..."
You know, he never cared who he was talkin' to-
He saw starz like people.
he said, "Dylan was the captain in that
blue marine sailor suit"
I'll take the fortune,
And you take the demitasse!
I said, "Hey, dude, that's alright with me!"
I really need that coffee in the morning!
